You can add audio files to the Sync Playlist (the Sound button at the right of the Slide List), to the Background Playlist (the SlideShow | Background Playlist menu) and to the Slide-Specific playlists (the Sound column: right-click on the header of the Slide List to display it). MySlideShow synchronizes slides with the Sync Playlist. The Background Playlist is independent.
